Obama the Not So SuperPresident

The Obama-stoned US media is still doing the grunt work of promoting the Barack Obama image. Evidently they feel need that everybody must get stoned. The latest advertising was by CNN analyst, Bill Schneider, whom posed the question: Is Barack Obama the superpresident? Lol the suggestion is not established with the information contained in his article. Obama despite riding in on a huge wave of anti-Bush popularity has approval numbers very similar to the average. According to the CNN article Obama is at a 63% approval rating while the average for the last six presidents was 61%. The article seems to defend the superpresident premise by stating that where Obama stands out is in personal qualities. So what he is saying is that Obama is all-charming – just as the False Prophet of hope and change should be. ROFLMA that does not make Obama the “Right Stuff” as President! His Domestic and Foreign policy dealing lacks substance. I think my dogs have great personal qualities (much better than Obama has to offer) but I wouldn’t want them as my president either. And unlike Obama, my dogs would not play kissy-face with dictators and terror sponsoring countries.

I am no fan of European opinion but I notice that some of the Obama weak sister actions are starting to get noticed overseas. The Con COughlin/UK Telegraph article points out what many of us not captivated by Obama’s charm have already predicted. While Obama plays self-promotion games and bashing the Bush administration and the USA for all the worlds evils with the fawning US media in tow – our enemies are making serious gains in power. One of the biggest whines I heard from the Bush Deranged when we became entangled in Iraq was that Bush allowed himself to get distracted from the goal of eradicating the terror movements like Al Qaeda. Now it seems Obama is just as content kissing up to dictators and tyrants while terrorist groups are making power plays as he labors to secure his media darling image. No surprise there for a president that is proclaimed to be a superpresident by the media based on his charm and not his ability to solve problems.

The Curse of BiFocals

Before we hit the ripe old age of 29+ it is often a common occurrence to be insensitive with our sense of humor. And that is why we have sensible elders around to remind us of your rudeness. Of course at that age we are sure we are indestructible and that we know it all. So we pretty much laugh off wisdom imparted -about our penchant for tactless personal jokes- such as “one day you will be 29+ and you will see just how funny that joke isn’t”! Then that dreaded day arrives when we hit 29+. All of  sudden body functions start breaking down as our minds and your bodies start having a civil war over the way you go about your daily duties. Sometime, functions of our bodies breakdown that we did not even know could self-destruct. But that is another rant. Now as a young man it is easy to find humor and make jokes about people that have to wear bifocal glasses. Way too easy! And then one day God gets even and balances the scale. That is the day the ophthalmologist with a twisted smile on his face hands you an eyeglass prescription for bifocals lenses. That is the day we realize that realize that the worm has turned and we are soon to be the butt of our own jokes! Yup all those wisecracks asking our parents, grandparents and 29+ friends if they would:

1. Like me to lengthen their arms.

2. Like me to pull out their nose out a little further.

3. Like me to see if that book is available in Large print.

4. Like me to hold the newspaper up on the other side of the room.

5. Like me to read the paper for you?

6. etc… are coming back to haunt me.

Yup it is hard to believe all the misery a pair of eyeglasses can cause you until you start fighting with bifocals. I mean who could understand that a 48” HDTV screen could be so difficult to see a clear picture upon- with your properly prescribed eyeglasses resting on your nose? Who could know that sometimes your arms and/or nose are just too short when you want to read the newspaper – while wearing your properly prescribed eyeglasses? Well our well-meaning advice-giving 29+ friends and family that we ignored when they advised against our choice of comedic material. Since my evolution to bifocal lenses, I am sure that many of those same individuals are most likely looking down from the hereafter laughing their buttocks off as I take wild swings at insects crawling on the walls – that are not really there. An interesting thing I have found out about the curse of bifocals is that if a speck about the size of a pencil point (or larger) falls on the line of where your bifocal lens lines meet, as you are turning your head or moving your eyes, it looks like a creepy crawly running across the wall. My natural instinct is to send the critter to his final destiny with my fist. Of course when I take my hand away – surprise it is just a rude April Fools joke played on my eyes by my bifocal glasses. Arghhh! It almost makes me want to go back in time and bonk Ben Franklin on the noggin for inventing the blasted contraptions. But at least God and all my past joke victims are all having a good laugh at my expense. I suppose I earned the honor!

O-Ba-Ma O-Ba-Ma O-Ba-Ma

In what is becoming the Media-selected Prez. Barack Obama’s version of Wag the Dog – his administration released documents that explained the Bush Administrations interpretation of the boundaries defining torture. Nothing released was really anything I had not heard before, except that the mean old CIA interrogators were allowed to use a bug to scare one of the terrorists. Boo Hoo – that sure scared the holy water out of me! Like any other Cult Leader Obama realizes that he cannot afford to let too many of his mesmerized followers escaper from their mesmerized condition. What this release and its timing was really all about was Obama’s need to wag the dog by turning attention away from several events that tarnish administrations image. And what better way to throw up a smoke than to fire up his rabid followers with some good old Hate-Bush & I am the Prophet of Hope and Change rhetoric. That is what the timing of this release is all about. His featured Hate-Bush rhetoric, after all, is how he managed to beat both Hillary Clinton and John McCain in the election process. Vote Obama-Biden in 2008 because you know you hate Bush more than living free! The timing of this torture documentation was impeccable and most assuredly a planned event. It is sure to stir up the most rabid of the Bush Deranged into a frenzy of Blame-Bush sermons amongst the Obama Worshiping Media and Internet Cathedrals. Obama needs this because across the nation thousands upon thousands of people in both small and large groups to protest his handling of our tax money. Some were conservatives and others were just Obama Cult escapees waking from the False Prophets Mantra Induced Coma State. They have just rallied against the Obama Administration’s decision to steal money from the citizens of this nation and hand it over to companies; in the Obama attempt to Socialize the Nation by government taking over free enterprise. Obama needs to find a way to lure the former comatose individuals back into hypnotic induced mantras of O-Ba-Ma O-Ba-Ma O-Ba-Ma. The other reason he needs to wag the dog is that the O-Ba-Ma Administration’s justice department has come out and said they will not pursue the CIA interrogators that he speechified during his campaign he would pursue “if” he decided that they had used torture. O-Ba-Ma has decided that to go after these interrogators would take away the “confidence” these people need to do their jobs. Oops, that will not sit well with the rabid Bush Deranged! So now he needs to flame the Blame-Bush fires to satiate that faction of his followers. Also, buried in the dark sections less traveled, the media and kept fairly quiet by the Obama Bishops was, that after getting all the Bush Deranged excited about a possible prosecution of US Government officials in Spain for torture crimes, the Attorney General of Spain is leaning on the courts to drop the process.  Did anyone really think that Obama could afford to avoid putting diplomatic pressure on this event. Such an event would drive a huge wedge between Spain and the USA, maybe to the point of violence.  So O-Ba-Ma really needs the Hate-Bush rhetoric he can build by the release of these documents to keep the energy levels up in his fledgling administration.

And not that it should surprise anyone. As to the release of the torture documents I say – I do not care. They offer nothing not already known. They tell what legal experts in the Bush Administration considered torture and what they considered legal. The documents show that the legal experts in the Bush Administration chose the loosest terms of defining torture. They stayed within the legal policy of the government. In my opinion the methods used were probably lax. Other than the water boarding these tactics are not much more than basic college initiation events. The only questionable method used, was the water boarding, and that was used on the most dangerous of the terror suspects. If water boarding a terrorist stops a terrorist attack on our soil or manages to saves just one life – do it! As to all the liberal-crapola about it only makes the Muslim Extremists hate us more – I say hogwash! These Extremists will find a way to hate us if we walk over kiss them on the cheek, bow down on one knee in worship and hand them a million dollars. They hate us and they hate our culture. It has never mattered which type of administration was in control of our government –from pathetic liberal eccentric Jimmy Carter to in your face George Bush Jr.– Muslim Radicals looked for reasons to hold Violent Hate America rallies around the world. It matter not whether we offer these terrorists tea and crumpets or feed them bacon and blood-pudding while they are incarcerated – the comrades in arms are still looking for ways to attack this country and our citizens. Nor will that change if we set them free. These radical Muslim Extremists only respect the eye-for-an-eye treatment.

The Quest for the Unholy Grail

This story started on Tuesday April 14, 2009. theScoundrel had just read a story located on Quad City Examiners blog discussing the Obama Big Government Administration’s suspicious timing of the release of a study concerning a worry about the rise of right-wing extremists groups following his election. More on that report at his link. The timing of the release was extremely suspicious because it was right before a Nationwide Conservative led demonstration, against the Federal Governments continued abusive handling of taxpayer’s money, called the Tea Party. Something smelled rotten in news media land. The release of information seemed to be a McCarthyism attempt by federal government to tie concerned conservative action groups with known hate groups like the KKK. Even more questionable the Obama attempt to slander Conservative Action Groups with the ploy had been pushed into a piranha-like feeding frenzy by the Obama worshiping supposedly professional News Media and Internet disciples. There was a glimmer of hope that perhaps the Obama Media Disciples were not simply doing a hatchet job on Conservative Action Groups. There was mention of a similar report about leftwing extremist radicals that was supposed to have been created by the Bush’s Attempt at Big Government Administration. I decided to look for this dreaded document on the all-knowing Internet. Sadly with the short time I had available no trace could be found. So I went on with personal business and finished my day. Due to personal obligations my day finished before the quest for the holy document could continue. I went to bed worrying that I might be awoken in the middle of the night by the Obama Praetorian Guard, the Schutzstaffel, seeking to force me to pledge allegiance to his Big Government Socialism agenda. It worried me even more knowing that my supposed guard dogs would sell me out to them in a heartbeat for steak and gravy. Grrr – so much for mans best friends!

Early in the morning at a time when most USAmericans are sound asleep I awoke gladdened to notice that there were no Obama storm-troopers inside the house. Realizing that no more sleep was to be obtained I pledged to further my Internet search for the rumored Bush Leftwing extremist document. Remembering my earlier attempt to find the mysterious document I armed myself with the proper searching tools. First I turned on my computer. As my computer booted up I went to the kitchen and stocked up on cold Mountain Dew, Roasted And Salted Virginia Peanuts, Louisiana Style Potato Chips (made in Illinois?) and I quickly made some chip dip from Contadina Italian flavored tomato paste, herbs and spices. Hey I needed to break the fast and I am on dial-up Internet Service where information searches are not a quickie thing. So I began my political document Internet search at a time in the morning where most of the other USAmerican Internet travelers are pounding the search engines for porn and illegal substances. It should be easy to access a political document when most of your fellow travelers are just looking for masturbation material, right? Wrong! Every search I committed concerning a Bush or Obama left wing extremist study came back with pages and pages of – The rightwing extremist study released by the Obama Administration. Arghh! Finally after what seemed like days of reading various postulations about the Obama document on rightwing extremisms I decided, hey what about CNN. Aren’t they supposed to be the current voice of centrism? So I added CNN to my Google search. I like CNN they usually have a lot of different news from around the world and at home. And I use them a lot when searching for information. Sure enough they had a story! The same ####### story about the rightwing extremists groups that everyone else had printed. The story also included one single solitary short statement at the end of the story that there had been a previous leftwing extremist study document released at the end of January of 2009. Sigh, so where was this leftwing documenting all the media kept using as the great equalizer for the Obama release attempting to disparage Conservative action groups! So my search continued. I though perhaps I was thinking in the wrong direction. Perhaps I should go less generic and consider directing my search towards the Conservative News voice Fox News. Still I got pages and pages of the Obama released rightwing extremist palaver. Then, Eureka, I found a media document on leftwing extremists! Sadly it turned out to be on leftwing extremists in India, important, but not what I was looking for. Surely this Unholy Grail of documents slamming Pope Obama worshiping liberal groups must be out there – the unbiased media told me it was available, thought none of them seemed to be able to refer to it or even quote from it in their stories.  The finally after consuming all my dip, half a bag of potato chips and surrounded by a mountain of emptied Mt. Dew cans I found a link to the document. Whew all my work was about to be rewarded. The Unholy Grail was within my grasp!  The link was courtesy of one of the Alex Jones Conspiracy sites. Now I like to pick on the Alex Jones crowd but there are times when they almost make a believer out of me with their conspiracy tirades. My clicking on the link they provided was one of those moments. I am a fan of Coast to Coast AM radio (link available on my sidebar) and they and their guests are always complaining about their fears about Big Government’s decades of harassing their messengers. So following smooth sailing of link after link after link expressing opinions about Pope Obama’s documentations on rightwing extremist groups, I was booted off the Internet when I attempted to follow the Jones Link (which was basically a link he posted to a Fox News copy of the leftwing extremist study group document). Still this story does end with my final discovery of the Unholy Grail. I was able to sign back on after being booted off the Internet (though at an even slower reconnection speed) and find my way back to the original post by Fox. Okay, fun aside, here is my take of the studies and the events surrounding them. I actually have no problem with either study being composed. That is the job of Intelligence agencies. Like it or not, group intelligence investigations have been a part of government forever and a day. The problem I found is that, like QCExaminer pointed out in her post– the two reports are dissimilar in content. Where as the leftwing extremist report named groups, actions and even pointed out specifics – the rightwing extremist report could not really offer us any  specifics or any real information that we already did not know. Sure we know the KKK and siilar groups are out there but we have known that for years. The jerks are protected under free speech rights. One of my earlier blogging laments about the choice of a far leftwing Socialist like Obama was that it would only serve to wake up the hate groups. But the real problem I found in my research was not the studies but the media circus. Where as the leftwing extremist report was dismissed by the news media as unimportant, so unimportant that it is almost unknown to the point it is unquotable and even worse- almost impossible to access, even on the Internet. Yet the Obama worshipping media felt the need to deluge the News World with the release in am manner and time that was sure to malign the anti Big Government Tea Party Protestors movement, because Conservatives and Libertarians mostly lead them. I have noticed that even our local newspapers have been doing there best to make the Tea party Movements a non-issue. During the illegal immigration protests both local papers flooded their copy with stories of people and the upcoming events. Yet both of the local papers barely mentioned that there are two Tea Party events being held here in the Quad City alone. What a better way to kill any such movement than the media to simply ignore the event. It is hard to build up steam when the “un”biased media prop-up some events while shrouding other events in a cloak of darkness. Now I expect this of the Quad City Times. They have built up their reputation as the local bastion of liberal causes. But as of late the Moline Dispatch/RI Argus, whose past leaning has been more moderate to conservative fare, has started to read more like the QC Times when it comes to cozying up to liberal politicians and their agendas. As I have said to Conservatives and Libertarians before – do not rely on the media to get your message out. In fact the US media transforms into Pravda more and more every day. Sigh, perhaps I need more and bigger dogs to make it easier to sleep at night. Of course they might still sell me out for a plate of steak.

Blagojevich Big Top Circus Held Over

Due to popular demand the Rod Blagojevich Big Top Media Circus remains held over for the listening and viewing pleasure of Illinoisans, the USA and the rest of the interested World. Blago, a Richard Daley and Barack Obama political ally,  whom has been accused of numerous misdeeds while Governor of the State of Illinois (whose state motto has become “send us the political clowns”), faces sixteen charges of federal fraud and conspiracy. Today Blago plead not guilty. Now I know many of us have already judged and convicted Blago of his many charges. Well I am not going to hold my breath waiting for a conviction. Most of the country had Alaska Senator Ted Stevens tried and convicted and he has his charges set aside due to prosecutorial misconduct. Now I am not claiming Stevens was innocent or guilty but we will never really know either, because of over zealous prosecutors. Now I am also hoping that Special Prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald, whom is overseeing the Blago case, has taken a more level headed approach than they did in Alaska. If not, then guilty or not-guilty, Blago will roam free afterwards. Nor is there any guaranty that the Blago Big Top Circus will ever make it to a court trial. As I was talking to an old timer –>he reminded me of several roads that the Blago trial could still take. One is that the Democrat Party, which is in control of all three federal branches of government and is also in control of all branches of Illinois government, could just find a way to make the case go away with lots of money and power plays. A second suggestion was Blago is bought off with Democrat Party Money (after all most of us already think Blago has always been out for the money in everything he does), and is given a short sentence in Club Fed and comes out very rich afterwards for his silence. Perhaps the most gruesome of the suggestions was that members of the Democrat Party use their influence with their Union Connections to relocate Blago to whatever current residence that Jimmy Hoffa was relocated. Anyway you can count me in among those anxiously waiting to see Blag convicted of anything he is guilty of, assuming he is guilty and that his circus ever makes it to trial. Or maybe I am just jealous of all that fracking hair. I never had that much hair – even when I was in high school!

It seems Illinois’ favorite Governor -Rod Blagojevich- is all set to star in a reality television show, assuming the courts allowing him the time and freedom.

Welcome to the Real and Dangerous World

Normally I am highly critical of Barack Obama. That really is not going to change, as my personal opinion of the man is that he is a liar and a fraud. Obama is the False Prophet of hope and change. Still I am going to toss a small complement in his direction over his handling of the Somali Pirate incident. He helped protect our people and the country’s safety. For that I toss Pope Obama a bone – good job on the rescue. He acted, as I believe that George Bush Jr., William Clinton, George Bush Sr. and Ronald Reagan would have acted in a similar situation. He kept silent and invoked secrecy and let the military do their job. I will leave his fawning press and charmed disciples to offer the more vociferous accolades. Pope Obama has not solved the problem – mind you. For the pirates have already threatened our future ships and have even captured a Greek boat since. But he has shown our enemies (at least the flea specks that are too small to put up any serious fight) that they will face the wrath of our Goliath military in these situations – unleashed by our media selected Pope. Good for him.

On a more humorous look at the situation across the blogosphere liberals are singing and dancing the night away that this is proof-positive that our media selected Pope has the right stuff to lead our military. Maybe/Maybe Not, time will tell. What is so humorous is that the Bush Deranged Obamatons across the Internet are singing Kumbaya and Hosannas for Pope Obama handling the situation just like his predecessor George Bush would have – by keeping his mouth shut about what the military was doing. Had this been a Bush action the Bush Deranged would have been outraged about the secrecy involved plus they would be demanding to know why the Administration had not proposed a 1028 page set of documents for public perusal outlining possible scenarios about which they could come to a public forum consensus of action. ROFLMAO @ the Bush Deranged Obamatons. There have been a few unhappy individuals that have noticed Obama’s Bush-like actions. But this has not been the only time Pope Obama has recently pulled pages out of the George Bush Jr. political handbook. The Obama administration has been working very Bush-like in an attempt to limit terror suspect’s ability to challenge their incarceration. Very Bush-like of Obama. I approve of the move! Another Bush-like move by the Obama administration that the Bush Deranged have kept minimally silent about is Obama’s decision to protect and continue with Bush Jr.’s phone surveillance program; which so many of the Deranged screamed about and used as political canon fodder against McCain during the 2008 POTUS election. Here is the thing – I said long before the election — no matter who was elected that they would be forced to follow similar actions to the Bush Doctrines. And practically every major political military move, excepting the reducing of the military weapons of war purchases, Obama has made is a mirror event to the George Bush Jr. Presidency. The only real differences are his political attempts to quell the blood thirst of his infanticide loving political backers. But in reality that is just another Bush move. Both made quick moves to satiate and temper the core of their backers early in their Presidency. Bush vs. Obama when it comes to dealing with threats to the nation the choices of direction are not varied. Welcome to the real world! I now return you to regularly mind-numbing politcal party rhetoric.

Europe Surrenders to Osama Bin Laden Again

Europe has surrendered to Osama bin Laden – again. This time via Dutch Television. Just another reason – in a long line of reasons- to despise the media selected Obama and his kiss Europe’s Socialist loving bootyiest-maximus and the Obama/progressive movement to turn the US into Europe-Lite.
