The Obama-Romney rumble/debate of 10/16 was lively. Both candidates did seem to land some punches. Unlike the first debate, I did not see any definite winner. It was at best a draw. Though I have heard talking-heads make winner claims for both candidates. The moderator Candy Crowley certainly did her best to shield and advance Obama. One estimate I saw said she gave Obama 3 minutes more time talking than Romney. Plus when Romney had Obama fumbling for a straight answer about his knowledge surrounding the attack on our Libyan Embassy by terrorists ; Crowley stepped in to shield Obama by using her moderator control in shutting Romney from going in for the knockout punch. Evidently Crowley admitted -after the debate- that Romney’s statement was mostly correct but she stepped in because he worded his statement incorrectly. Huh!
Despite being the Clueless Socialist-wannabe that he is, I still think Obama will win the election. Obama’s worshiping disciples in the media, like Crowley, will use their media tentacles to push him into a second term.

Obama-Romney Round 2 – A Draw
Warlord Obama
According to a Politico article there are a group of Democrats challenging Prez Barack Obama’s decision, as well as the Constitutionality of the decision, to use military force against Libya. Okay. Anyone that reads much of my blog realizes that I think as a President, that Barack Obama is a Marxist wannabe and a PUTZ! So regular readers of my blog might be shocked that I actually agree with Obama’s decision to honor our NATO allies lead and bomb the Libyan military. (On a related tangent, I do not give a flying horse turd about whatever the -useless as teats on a boar- United Nations votes on the affair.)
Basically Obama is in a similar “damned if you do, damned if you don’t” situation that his predecessors from George W. Bush all the way back to Jimmy Carter faced when dealing with policy in the Middle East. The best any POTUS can do is find a way to sell his actions because there will be tons of human excrement dumped on the decision maker – whatever the individual decides.
However, as I inferred in my last post, that does not make 2011 POTUS Barack Obama any less of an enormous hypocrite when compared to the words of 2008 candidate Obama. Candidate Obama bashed Bush on his military actions as a path to become the current POTUS. Over on the Drudge Report they listed the 2011 Obama pre-military engagement of Libya oration versus the 2003 Bush Iraq oration:
MARCH 19, 2011
OBAMA: ‘Today we are part of a broad coalition. We are answering the calls of a threatened people. And we are acting in the interests of the United States and the world’…MARCH 19, 2003
BUSH: ‘American and coalition forces are in the early stages of military operations to disarm Iraq, to free its people and to defend the world from grave danger’…
Wow – sounds like they hired the same speechwriter! No doubt about it – the longer Obama is in office the more his military dialogue resembles his predecessor – George W. Bush. I guess the Bush Deranged and lamestream media- whom pushed Obama into office- now have a Marxist-wannabe version of George W. Bush Jr. on their hands.

The Man Whom Would Be George Bush Jr.
In a speech to the nation President Barack Obama gave a Middle Eastern Tyrant the following ultimatum —>
“Moammar Gadhafi has a choice. The [U.N.] resolution that passed lays out very clear conditions that must be met….
These terms are not subject to negotiation,” he added. “If Gadhafi does not comply with the resolution, the international community will impose consequences and the resolution will be enforced through military action.”
Gosh that sounds familiar! I wonder where I heard that kind of talk before? Oh yeah right before the US formed a coalition to enact military action on Iraq during the George W. Bush presidency. Huh, wasn’t it one of Barack Obama’s campaign stances – he was the anti-George Bush when it comes to using the military. Wasn’t it 2008 POTUS candidate that stated –>
It’s time to admit that no amount of American lives can resolve the political disagreement that lies at the heart of someone else’s civil war…..
Gee, the longer that Obama is in office the more his military resolutions resembles the George W. Bush Presidency. All the Bush Derangement craziness the US had to endure -YET- the champion of the Bush Deranged and the lamestream media – has military delusions of being George W. Bush Jr.
