The Russian Bear Continues to Bully Former Satellites

After just recently using force to bully one of the former USSR’s satellites, Georgia, Russian leader Vlad “the impaler” Putin spent some time verbally intimidating another former part of the USSR, the country Ukraine. The Russian Bear has recently been very busy trying to bully its former satellites into a position of servitude. In the case of Georgia it looks as if the move by Russia was clearly a case of agressive military invasion. You have to wonder that if many of those very young countries are not either offered protection through NATO alliance or if somehow the UN would show the backbone -it continually proves it does not have– by intervening for the fledgling nations, how many of the countries will find themselves once again ruled by Russian KGB puppets?
