They are a little late coming to the party but over at the Hot Air Green Room they are making a comparison many of us have been making around the Internet and in open discussion for some time now. They have finally opened up their dictionary and let the written words of professional word smithies do their talking. They chose Wiktionary. Though not as extensive as the Green Room listings, below is a similar definition, as listed in my home version of MSN Encarta dictionary:
fas·cism [fá shìzzəm]or Fas·cism [fá shìzzəm] noun
dictatorial movement: any movement, ideology, or attitude that favors dictatorial government, centralized control of private enterprise, repression of all opposition, and extreme nationalism.
If the shoe fits wear it. In the case of Team Obama the only phrase that is not an actual fit is “extreme nationalism”. But when you change the phrase “extreme nationalism” to “extreme globalist” the glass slippers of fascism slides easily on Team Obama’s feet.
